Dr. Wald is available for consultations regarding potential medical malpractice and other medically related legal matters. He is available to help evaluate such issues and can assist with litigation.

Dr. Wald is available to serve as co-counsel on medical malpractice cases and on other cases with significant medical issues.

Pre-suit discovery including unsworn statements
Preparation of complaint
Discovery including assistance with depositions

Fees

There is no charge for a brief telephone or email inquiry

Initial case evaluation $1,000

This includes up to two hours review of information, documents and medical records as well as a telephone conference.

Subsequent services $500/hour

Co-counsel representation on a contingency basis
